Richard is the owner and broker-in-charge of Acumen Real Estate. After 4 years with Coldwell Banker, he started Acumen in 2009. Both Richard and his wife are graduates of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and like many others, they decided to stay here after they graduated and raise a family. Richard is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® and enjoys working with people who are new to the area. Richard is also a member of Cape Fear Realtors®. When he's not representing buyers and sellers, he enjoys golfing and traveling with his family.
