Salters Haven is a new waterfront community from Logan Developers. The 149-acre tract runs adjacent to Factory Road all the way to the Intracoastal Waterway. A thoughtfully placed man-made berm has been constructed along the perimeter of the property to decrease visibility from Factory Road and enhance the privacy and feel of the community. As with Helms Port, the centerpiece of the community is the marina, luxurious clubhouse, and resort-style swimming pool. The clubhouse will offer an outdoor kitchen, fire pit and parking for golf carts and vehicles. There will be 308 total homesites once Salters Haven is complete. Interior lots owners will have the ability to purchase slips on a first-come first-served basis.
